I made it in one piece. Just checked in at my hostel. I made all of my filghts and even managed to get 6 hours of sleep in 2, 3 hour blocks last night. The flight from LAX-AKL was about 12 hours so it made getting a 'full' night's rest possibl. I got to sit in the top of the 747 and had absolutely fabulous seats, ones that actually reclined!
It was raining when I arrived, which is making it hard to get motivated to go out and look around. But if I don't start moving soon, I'm going to fall off the cliff and sucumb to sleep.
Emily arrives tomorrow, so Em, if you read this please post to either Becca's or my blog to indicate when you think you will arrive.

I put Em on the airplane a little bit ago. She should arrive in Christchurch around midnight, I think, and be at the hostel within a few hours. She's not in the same room as you, but she'll come looking for you in the morning, I think. I told her for one of you guys to meet me at baggage claim when I get there. If the plan changes, she can always text message my cell phone, I'm getting great service everywhere.
